For the past 5+ years, I’ve worked as a founding or sole designer in B2B startups, mostly in operational and industrial software, where the real challenge isn’t more features, it’s making complex systems easier to learn and navigate under real constraints. At Juno, that work helped grow the product from $300K to $1M ARR. Today, I lead design at Fabriq, a manufacturing platform used in 750+ factories worldwide.
